We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and destination.
- Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Defender Publishing.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Defender Publishing is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for orders requiring reshipment.
Shipping Delays
Defender Publishing is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
